Summary: This is a comfortable, rather old-style motel; rooms were small and so was the shower, but perfectly relaxing, pet-friendly with plenty of room for walking the dog, and a lovely quiet beach just a mile or so away. We didn’t get breakfast, but the staff were very friendly.

Summary: The grounds were nicely maintained with the requisite fire pit and even a laundry facility. Rooms on the small side but adequate, pretty comfortable. Would stay there again.

Summary: This property is NOT within walking distance of Bar Harbor. Be aware that the rooms are basically like a youth hostel room, extremely small. It was wildly over-priced for what it was.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights on our trip to Acadia. The Motel is overpriced for what it offers but it is on the peninsula and it is at a convenient location for visitors. The bed is not comfortable and the room is too small. AC unit gets too hot in heat setting and drying up the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The highlight is definitely the free breakfast options that guests write down on a paper every morning.
